Attorney

A law office is announcing a vacancy for an attorney with general specialty and particular experience in civil law.

The work can be done remotely.

Main responsibilities:

** Preparation of legal documentation;

** Representation in court, with various institutions, physical and legal persons;

** Production of internal legal consultations;

** Analysis of legal issues and documentation, appropriate response;

** Performance of various legal functions and duties in accordance with the requirements of the legal service.

** Preparation of analytical legal documents, including reports, research, and evaluation of legislative initiatives;

** Preparation of applications, lawsuits, and complaints, and representation before administrative bodies and courts, including exercising representative powers;

** Assistance in performing administrative functions, such as conducting seminars, trainings, presentations, and other organizational activities;

** Assistance with other projects of the law office if necessary.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher legal education (a master's degree in civil/administrative law is desirable);

** Excellent knowledge of civil law and experience in analytical work in the relevant field (experience working as an attorney in the field of civil law is desirable);

** At least 2 years of experience in legal practice;

** High-level speaking, writing, and analytical thinking skills in Georgian and English;

Salary rate - 4,500 GEL
