"Auroom Bakuriani Resort" is looking for an experienced, professional, and responsible cook to join our hotel's restaurant team for the winter season.

If you have experience in cooking, love Georgian and European cuisine, and can work qualitatively in a busy environment, we are waiting for you in our team!

Main responsibilities:

Preparation of Georgian and European cuisine dishes; Preparation and serving of khinkali (dumplings) will be considered a significant advantage; Preparation of dishes in accordance with the menu in a high-quality and timely manner; Proper processing and storage of products; Ensuring the taste, quality, and visual standards of dishes; Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen; Rational use of products and control of losses; Effective collaboration with the kitchen team.

Qualification requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the position of a cook; Experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen; Good knowledge of Georgian and European cuisine; Experience in preparing and serving khinkali will be considered an advantage; Sense of responsibility and discipline; Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment; Teamwork skills; Adherence to cleanliness and food safety standards.
