The company "LPP Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Service Specialist.

The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring the technical condition, safe operation, and effective management of technical processes in LPP stores. The goal of this position is to provide daily technical support to stores, coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, collaborate with contractors, and ensure compliance with company standards, budget, and local regulations.

Main responsibilities: Daily technical support for stores and regular control of technical condition. Organization, coordination, and monitoring of the quality of repair work. Timely response to emergency technical situations and coordination of appropriate solutions. Ongoing collaboration with contractors, cost agreement, evaluation of work efficiency, and processing of feedback from stores. Participation in the tender process, market monitoring, and searching for the best conditions for technical service. Management of the FM platform and timely administration of technical requirements/tasks. Participation in the technical acceptance process of new stores and ensuring their subsequent technical support. Verification of design project execution in the part of construction works, technical installations, and relevant standards. Planning, monitoring, and processing documentation for planned preventive maintenance and reactive technical maintenance budgets for stores. Coordination of periodic inspections and maintenance of electrical installations, fire safety systems, HVAC systems, low voltage and EAS systems. Execution of tasks related to telemetry projects, water consumption management, and other technical processes. Support for store renovations, relocations, closures, or other construction/technical works. Collaboration with sales, investments, loss prevention, IT, leasing, and other internal departments to effectively resolve technical issues. Compliance with company internal rules, labor safety, fire safety, and local regulations. Performance of other technical tasks defined by the employer.

Requirements and skills:

  • Experience in a similar position or with similar responsibilities.
  • Technical knowledge in facility management, retail maintenance, or real estate maintenance.
  • High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks correctly.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to unforeseen situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to solve problems, initiate changes, and implement them effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
