Engineer-Constructor

"Georgia International Energy Corporation" announces a vacancy for the position of Engineer-Constructor in two locations.

Essential terms:

• Work location: Gardabani
• Work schedule: 08:00-17:00, 1-hour break (12:00-13:00)
• Working days: Monday to Friday

• Work location: Tbilisi
• Work schedule: 09:30-18:30, 1-hour break (13:00-14:00)
• Working days: Monday to Friday

Competitive remuneration, company-funded health insurance, and optional Fitpass. Transportation will be provided from Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the technical part of the project according to technical assignments;
• Design necessary drawings using AUTOCAD software (ЕСКД - unified construction standards);
• Mechanical processing of metal products according to project drawings: welding, plasma cutting, gas cutting, and thermal processing;
• Compile a list of materials and components to be purchased for the project;
• Monitor the project's progress and product processing at all stages of production;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of competence;

The candidate must have:

• Higher technical education (preferably with a mechanical engineer qualification);
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of fundamental standards for drawing design (ЕСКД - unified system of construction documentation);
• Knowledge of basic metal processing principles;
• Technical English and/or Russian language skills are desirable.

Computer programs:

• MS Office;
• AutoCAD.
