Call Center Operator

We are looking for an active, customer-oriented, and result-focused Call Center Operator to join our growing real estate team.

Work location - Tbilisi, Noe Ramishvili St. 30 Working hours: 09:00-18:00 Remuneration: negotiable (based on qualifications) + bonus system

Key responsibilities: - Making outgoing calls to potential and existing clients for sales purposes; - Identifying potential clients' needs and interests and presenting relevant offers; - Providing competent and detailed consultations to clients about the company's current construction projects; - Converting interested clients into the sales process and scheduling meetings; - Managing customer messages and chats from social media; - Recording customer data, call results, and sales processes in the CRM system; - Conducting follow-up and subsequent communication with potential clients;

Qualification requirements: - Knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages (knowledge of Turkish or Azerbaijani will be considered an advantage) - Experience working in a call center/customer service; - Experience working in sales; - Experience working in the construction/real estate sector will be considered an advantage; - Basic knowledge of MS Office; - Experience working with CRM systems is desirable.
