LLC "Tbilisi Dairy Plant" is inviting a responsible Expeditor to deliver finished products to customers and retail outlets in Tbilisi.

Work location: Tbilisi, E. Afkhazov St. №27 Employment: Full-time Work schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: 1470 GEL

Main responsibilities: - Receiving finished products from the warehouse based on invoices, e-waybills, and other accompanying documents; - Carefully checking the quantity, assortment, and condition of products before receiving them in the warehouse; - Receiving products from the Warehouse Manager and confirming receipt; - Ensuring the preservation and safety of received products from the moment of receipt until transfer to the customer; - Controlling the compliance of actually received products with the data of accompanying documents; - Ensuring the correct placement of products in the vehicle; - Delivering finished products to customers, clients, and retail outlets; - Transferring products to customers according to documents; - Receiving documents confirming the transfer of products and necessary signatures; - Returning completed documents to the company after delivery; - Controlling the presence and accuracy of accompanying documents; - Immediately informing the manager about any shortages, damages, quantitative or documentary discrepancies; - Maintaining correct and professional relationships with clients and representatives of retail outlets; - Observing the established delivery route and schedule; - Preparing reports on delivery results; - Complying with the company's internal rules, labor protection, and safety requirements; - Performing other tasks that are part of job responsibilities.

We value: - Experience as an Expeditor, Trade Representative, Courier, Delivery, or Distribution employee will be considered an advantage; - Experience working with invoices, e-waybills, and other commodity documents; - Attention to detail when receiving and transferring goods; - High responsibility for assigned products; - Honesty and integrity; - Good organization; - Punctuality and discipline; - Ability to communicate calmly and correctly with customers; - Good knowledge of Tbilisi will be considered an advantage; - Readiness to perform physical work and move products; - Ability to work under high workload conditions. - Having a Category B driver's license will be a significant advantage.
