The retail chain "Clean House" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Location: Kutaisi Work Schedule: 5 days a week, (09:00-18:00, 1-hour break) Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities: - Monitoring the receipt and storage of products - Ensuring the issuance of products according to demand; - Planning and distributing work time for warehouse employees to ensure efficient operation; - Controlling warehouse balances; - Realizing written-off and damaged balances. - Planning, leading, and coordinating the activities of warehouse employees, controlling employees - Ensuring safety rules (labor and product); - Organizing processes for the smooth operation of the warehouse, etc.

Requirements: - Higher education preferred; - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Additional skills: - Ability to effectively manage a team; - Empathetic; - Knowledge of computer office programs is desirable; - Effective negotiation skills; - Ability to take initiative; - Positive approach to problem-solving; - Ability to plan work independently; - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a stressful environment; - Analytical thinking; - Organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively;
