Shift Manager

Domino's Pizza is an American multinational pizza restaurant chain, founded in 1960 and still maintaining a leading position.

The company has been represented in Georgia since 2015 and unites nine branches.

In connection with the company's expansion, we are looking for an organized, energetic, and responsible candidate for the position of Shift Manager.

Work locations - Tbilisi

• Vaja-Pshavela - near the metro
• Vake - Chavchavadze Avenue
• Varketili - Hualing settlement

Work schedule: 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8-hour shifts:

• 10:00-18:00
• 18:00-02:00

Functions and responsibilities:

• Leadership of the personnel of the trading object during the shift;
• Control over the observance of work discipline, ethical norms of service, rules of sale of goods, and sanitary-hygienic norms by the personnel in the shift;
• Meticulous observance of the company's standards and procedures while performing duties;
• Work with the company's program;
• Control of product expiration dates;
• Receiving and sorting products;
• Ensuring the smooth and effective management of the work process in the branch;
• Response to issues arising during the shift;
• Performance of other duties related to the position.

• Has some experience in team management;
• Has experience working with office programs;
• Speaks Georgian fluently;
• Speaks English at a communicative level (optional);

• Is active and energetic for an active work process;
• Has teamwork skills;
