The company m² announces a vacancy for the position of MEP Engineer.
Main responsibilities:
- Get acquainted with the initial design documentation and assess-analyze the expected risks;
- Participate in the preparation of architectural, constructive, and full engineering design;
- Coordinate the design process, control the compliance of design documentation with the norms in force in Georgia;
- Revision of projects, determination of the project's basic limitations and parameters, optimization of projects;
- Initiate design changes if necessary;
- Provide technical consultations during the preparation of cost estimates;
- Control the quality of work performed and compliance with the project;
- Participate in the preparation of the project for organizing construction;
- Involvement in the preparation of tender documentation, detailed technical analysis of the tender, and assessment of risks in the engineering part;
- Control changes in engineering design documentation during construction;
- Constantly conduct site inspections, optimally and promptly resolve technical and engineering problems that arise on site in agreement with the project author;
- Prepare reports based on site inspections and submit them to management;
- Make optimal decisions / support technical personnel in technical, problematic, and engineering issues during the construction process.
Qualifying knowledge and skills:
- Higher technical education in the field of engineering;
- Knowledge of Cad (AutoCad; ArchiCad), Microsoft Project programs is required;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Ability to effectively manage time;
- Ability to share and support team responsibility;
- Ability to identify and analyze problems;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility towards changes;
- MS Office.
