To date, the company has around 60 stores in Tbilisi, located in City Mall on Saburtalo, Tbilisi Mall, East Point, Merani Mall, and also in Batumi Grand Mall, the first in the Adjara region.

Cenomi Retail Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Store Assistant Manager in Batumi.

Work schedule: Full-time

What you will do: - Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the effective functioning of the store; - Engage in store processes to increase sales and improve operational standards; - Monitor the correct display of products and collections in the showroom and warehouse, as well as the availability of inventory and assortment; - Participate in receiving new collections, systematic processing of products, and inventory processes; - Ensure a high standard of service in the store and, if necessary, take on cashier functions; - Prepare reports related to sales and operational processes and participate in commercial/marketing activities; - Participate in team management and development - planning work schedules, evaluating employees, and sharing knowledge; - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and loss prevention standards; - Collaborate with various departments to effectively manage store needs and processes.

What's important: - 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in a managerial position. - Knowledge of English.
