Director's Assistant

"Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" is one of the largest wine and alcoholic beverage producers in Georgia and the Caucasus region. The company was founded in 2001, and KTW produces wine, brandy, sparkling wine, and chacha using traditional Georgian technologies combined with modern technologies. This allows the company to preserve the old, unique taste of wine and create its own handwriting and style on a global scale.

LLC "Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" announces a vacancy for the position of Director's Assistant.

Location: Tbilisi Work schedule: 5 days a week

Qualification requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar field;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of office programs;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Functions and responsibilities:

• Managing and controlling the director's workday, meetings, tasks, and current issues;
• Organizing daily administrative processes of the company;
• Managing email, preparing correspondence, filtering, and prioritizing;
• Planning travel (flights, hotel reservations);
• Participating in various ongoing projects in the company and having information about project stages;
• Receiving visitors and organizing meetings;
• Receiving, sorting, systematizing, and archiving company documentation;
• Controlling office supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.
