Job Responsibilities:

Meticulous adherence to and control of established cash procedures; Settlement with customers; Constant contact with delivery companies, receiving and monitoring orders; Control of cash balance during the day several times; Control of work performed by personnel; Creating schedules within a weekly framework; Ensuring preparation of menu items and drinks in accordance with established calculations; Managing the adaptation/study process for new employees; Involvement in the process of product supply and storage; Effective management and control of commodity stocks within competence. Ensuring and controlling hygiene standards;
