Non-Medication Category Manager - Medical Equipment

LLC "Aversi-Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Non-Medication Category Manager (Medical Equipment)

Main responsibilities:

Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the medical equipment category (pressure devices, glucometers, pulsometers), taking into account the needs of the local market;

Effective cooperation with doctors and clinics to increase product awareness and support sales;

Coordination with the marketing team in planning and implementing advertising campaigns;

Stimulating sales growth and monitoring results;

Analyzing profitability and optimizing pricing strategy;

Constant analysis of the competitive environment and making relevant strategic decisions;

Participation in commercial negotiations with suppliers and ensuring favorable conditions;

Systematic analysis of sales data and customer feedback;

Effective communication and coordination with internal teams (marketing, orders, sales, training);

Planning and implementation of promotional activities to support category development.

Requirements:

Higher education (preferably in business administration, management, marketing, or a similar field);

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (desirable);

Experience working with medical or household equipment;

Knowledge of commercial processes (pricing, product marketing, sales stimulation);

Ability to analyze data and report;

English language proficiency - at least B2 level (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage);

Good knowledge of office programs (MS Excel, 1C ERP).
