Healthy food company "Fit Meal" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head Chef.

Work location - Tbilisi, Gazapkhulis 13 Work schedule - Full-time Salary - 3500 GEL

Main responsibilities:

• Developing a general plan for kitchen activities;
• Selecting kitchen personnel;
• Analyzing the activities of kitchen personnel, defining their functions, distributing tasks and responsibilities;
• Determining the general rules for kitchen personnel to work in shifts;
• Preparing, decorating dishes;
• Checking the quality of dishes/products;
• Recording/ writing off low-quality products/ control;
• Analyzing daily menus;
• Reviewing and controlling orders;
• Preparing action plans;
• Developing recipes, including the technology for making each dish on the menu;
• Inventory management;
• Ordering products from suppliers;
• Storing products;
• Controlling the arrangement of storage rooms, cleaning of equipment and devices;
• Daily control of washing dishes, work inventory and equipment;
• Analyzing the yield of kitchen products;
• Controlling compliance with hygiene rules in the kitchen;
• Controlling the quality of kitchen activities.
• Drawing up a special plan for the daily maintenance of kitchen equipment and technology, as well as storage of products;
• Selecting/purchasing kitchen equipment and technology, raw materials, semi-finished products, food and beverages;

Qualification and additional requirements: - At least 4 years of experience working in a kitchen/ at least 3 years of work experience as a brand chef or executive chef; - Professional education in the field of culinary arts; - Knowledge of HACCP standards; - Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
