Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for both properties, Bellevue Residence Suites (70 apartments) and Boulevard Hotel Batumi (27 rooms); Establish and develop relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, wholesale agents, and OTA partners; Find new sales channels and partnerships, conduct negotiations, and prepare contracts; Manage the existing client portfolio and ensure long-term cooperation; Analyze sales results and provide regular reports to management; Develop a pricing strategy and manage dynamic pricing on a daily basis; Forecast demand and optimize revenue to achieve maximum income; Manage distribution channels (OTA, PMS, Channel Manager) and control rate parity; Analyze competitors and monitor market trends; Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy); Conduct negotiations with potential tenants of commercial spaces and agree on the best terms; Prepare and conclude lease agreements for commercial spaces; Monitor payment schedules and control timely settlements for commercial space tenants;
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales or revenue management in the hotel industry; Technical and analytical thinking; Excellent knowledge of Excel; English and Russian language skills; Ability to negotiate and manage contracts; Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility;
