Talent Attraction Manager

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager in "Archi" and their main functions will be:

** Timely and effective selection of employees corresponding to the company's qualification requirements and corporate values;

** Managing and ensuring the full cycle of employee selection: ‒ Identifying vacancies;

‒ Preparing the job application, agreeing with the customer, and posting;

‒ Searching/selecting relevant applicants through incoming applications and other channels;

‒ Preparing assessment criteria for the position for interviews;

‒ Organizing interviews and testing;

‒ Providing feedback to any applicant;

‒ Preparing the offer document for selected candidates;

‒ Ensuring documentation for personal files;

‒ Maintaining applicant databases and periodic reporting.

** Involvement in managing the socialization-adaptation process of new employees;

** Performing other tasks related to the main activities.

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education;

** At least 4 years of work experience in the field of selection;

** Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

** Knowledge of English.
