Quality Control Laboratory Manager

JSC "Gomis Spirits and Wine Company" is looking for a responsible and professional Quality Control Laboratory Manager to oversee the daily activities of the laboratory and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products.

Work location: Khashuri/Gomi

Employment rate: Full-time (Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00)

Remuneration: According to experience

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and managing the activities of the Quality Control Laboratory;
• Ensuring laboratory control of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;
• Determining physical and chemical indicators of spirits and other production products;
• Determining physical and chemical indicators of spirits and other production products;
• Conducting laboratory analyzes in accordance with approved methodologies and standards;
• Controlling product quality compliance with technical regulations, standards, and company internal procedures;
• Controlling the functionality, calibration, and technical maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Education and qualification requirements:

* Higher education in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related fields; * At least 3 years of experience working in a quality control laboratory (experience working in the production of spirits, alcoholic beverages, food, or chemical industries will be considered an advantage); * Basic knowledge of food safety standards HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC; * Knowledge of computer office programs; * Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
