Main responsibilities: - Insured persons' reception and service: identification of the insured person, submission of documents if necessary, including settlement of cases within the delegation framework; - Presentation of all necessary documentation: notification of considered cases' responses via email or phone; - Identification of incompletely presented documentation by the insured person and detection of shortcomings, on-site request for additional documents, as well as request for additional documentation after consideration if necessary; - Submission of documentation necessary for guarantee and its reflection in the program; - Organization, classification, and systematization of considered documentation chronologically in relevant folders; - Issuance of referrals for outpatient services and medications, electronically, considering the contract terms; - Issuance of referrals for narrow specialist, laboratory-instrumental examinations, and medications with or without a prescription, based on diagnosis, complaints, and contract terms; - Sending referrals to provider clinics electronically; - Assistance in booking a visit for the insured person if necessary (to a family doctor, narrow specialist, for examinations) and activation of travel insurance;
Main qualification requirements: - Higher education in the medical field; - At least 1 year of experience in the same field; - Knowledge of computer office programs; - Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
