Job Description: - Managing incoming calls and providing qualified customer service; - Timely response to messages received on the company's social networks; - Providing accurate information to customers about the company's products and services; - Identifying customer needs and offering relevant services; - Redirecting calls/requests to the relevant department if necessary.

Requirements: - Fluency in Georgian, English, and Russian languages; - Good written and verbal communication skills; - Polite and effective communication with customers (in accordance with the company's service standards); - Experience working with computer programs; - Work experience in a similar position in the construction sector will be considered an advantage.
