Branch Manager

LLC "RPM" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager at a car oil change facility.

Work location: Batumi

Main responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the daily activities of the branch;
• Coordinate and control the work process of employees;
• Receive customers and organize the service process;
• Control the quality of service;
• Keep records of work done on vehicles and products used;
• Control inventory of products and necessary materials;
• Control cash and daily financial transactions;
• Provide information to customers about services and products;
• Manage customer inquiries and needs;
• Control order and work standards in the branch;
• Control employees' performance of work processes with high quality and adherence to safety rules;
• Prepare necessary reports and information for management;
• Timely identification of problems related to branch activities and making appropriate decisions;
• Ensure compliance with company internal rules and standards.

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Experience working in the automotive field is required;
• Knowledge of technical service and auto service operation principles;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Organizational and attentiveness skills;
• Good communication skills with customers;
• Ability to work with a team and coordinate employees;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively;
• Punctuality and discipline;
• Basic knowledge of office programs.
