Sales Manager

"IMEX Cargo Logistics" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager (in the field of international transportation).

We are looking for a communicative, responsible, and result-oriented employee who will work with both existing and new clients of the company and will be actively involved in the sales process.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing existing clients and developing long-term relationships with them;
• Finding new clients and establishing initial communication;
• Correctly identifying client needs and transportation requirements;
• Making phone calls, writing letters, and conducting business meetings;
• On-site client visits and presenting company services;
• Preparing individual offers and presentations;
• Full registration of received orders in IMEX OS;
• Transferring orders to the logistics team and coordinating the process;
• Sending offers and controlling client responses;
• Clarifying reasons for refusal and fixing them in the program;
• Communicating with clients during the current transportation period;
• Controlling payments and debts;
• Fully reflecting performed actions and communication history with clients in the program.

Qualification requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Sales and specific result orientation;
• High sense of responsibility and discipline;
• Ability to accurately process information and enter it into the system;
• Teamwork and coordination skills with logistics employees;
• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Knowledge of Russian or English will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in the field of international transportation or B2B sales will be considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.

Working conditions:

• Workplace - Tbilisi, Yuri Gagarin Street №13, second floor;
• Work schedule - from Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 (work is done onsite);
• Fixed salary - from 1,000 GEL per month (the final amount of fixed salary is determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications);
• An individual and team bonus system is also in effect;
• Additional premium is provided for exceptional results;
• The employee will undergo training on the company's work system and IMEX OS usage;
