Outlet Manager

LLC "Housemagi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Outlet Manager in the hotel complex network New Wave Chain.

The New Wave hotel complex network is located in the city of Batumi. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sea coast. The hotel offers various categories of rooms, a pool, a fitness room, a restaurant, a cafe with a mixed cuisine, and most importantly, a friendly and professional service staff.

Position Description:

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the full management of the operational activities of the hotel's restaurant, open bar, and cafe. Their main task is to ensure the quality of service, coordination, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor the daily activities of the outlet;
• Manage, motivate, and develop the outlet's personnel (cashiers, waiters, baristas, etc.);
• Implement, control, and improve service standards;
• Analyze guest feedback and respond accordingly;
• Arrange corporate bookings on-site or via phone communication;
• Constantly refine the restaurant's menu and service to meet internal and market demands;
• Control inventory and coordinate with suppliers;
• Manage the restaurant's budget and cost accounting;
• Collaborate with other departments, especially the head chef, reception, and finance department.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working as a restaurant manager (experience working in a hotel or premium-class restaurant will be considered an advantage);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Customer orientation and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and make quick decisions in critical situations;
• Foreign language: English (proficiency in an additional language will be considered an advantage);
• Knowledge of office programs.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position; 1-hour break.
