Accountant

We are looking for an accountant to join our dynamic and development-oriented company's professional team. The position involves effectively managing the company's daily accounting and financial operations. Key responsibilities:

• Production of accounting records and banking operations;
• Preparation and organization of primary documentation (invoices, bills of lading, invoices, acceptance and transfer acts, comparison acts);
• Timely delivery of documentation to the bank for refundable amounts after manager's approval;
• Production of accounting operations and documentation in the accounting program;
• Processing of primary accounting documents;
• Control of accounts receivable and payable;
• Performance of all other accounting operations and preparation of documents as defined by Georgian legislation;
• Implementation of other instructions from management that do not contradict Georgian legislation and the company's internal regulations;
• The accountant is obliged to perform tasks assigned by direct supervisors related to the full and proper performance of obligations assigned to him/her by this job description.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance/accounting;
• At least 1-2 years of experience working as an accountant;
• Experience working in the retail trade will be considered an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of tax and accounting legislation;
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting programs (FINA);
• High-level knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
• Analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility.
