The company "Biomarket" has been operating in the sales field for more than 5 years and during this time we have gained the trust of our customers and employees. Our field of activity is the sale of bads (food additives), including hypertension, cardiovascular, antifungal bacteria tablets, weight loss products, prostate-potency treatments, smoking and alcohol cessation medications, and face skin firming creams, which help people improve their quality of life. Our customers maintain relationships with us for years.

Our rapidly growing team is looking for an energetic, communicative, and motivated Junior Recruiter to help us expand our team and find the best candidates. If you enjoy communicating with people, are organized, responsible, and want to develop in the HR/recruitment field, then this opportunity is for you!

Conditions: - Schedule: Monday to Friday (11:00-18:00); - Possibility of remote work; - Fixed salary

Requirements: - Written and verbal communication and presentation skills; - Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to work effectively in a team environment; - Desire to learn and professional development; - Experience in recruitment, HR, or call center will be considered an advantage.

Main responsibilities: - Searching for candidates for existing vacancies in the company through various platforms; - Selecting and entering incoming resumes into the system; - Conducting initial interviews (screening calls) with selected candidates from resumes; - Recording and participating in the second stage of interviews and the selection process; - Active communication with other recruiters.
