- Correcting dealers' invoices in agreement with the financial department;
- Monitoring dealers' payments and debts;
- Communication with dealers on orders, payments, and deliveries;
- Coordinating dealers' orders with the financial department, warehouse, and dealer network manager;
- Timely updating of information on prices, promotions, and products in Google Drive;
- Controlling warehouse balances, preparing relevant reports, and organizing internal movements;
- Reflecting virtual returns in the program and preparing relevant documentation;
- Receiving and processing sales reports from dealers;
- Participation in the process of calculating bonuses and cashbacks;
- Preparing/processing and sending for signature acceptance acts;
- Arranging and storing documentation corresponding to the work performed;
- Performing other tasks defined by the supervisor and sales managers.
Basic requirements: - Higher education; - Work experience (at least 6 months in a similar position); - Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a conversational level (desirable); - Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word) (desirable). - Experience working in 1C program.
