Main tasks and responsibilities: Organize and prioritize incoming issues from client organizations and/or merchants ("ITSM Tool"); Check and analyze authorizations (requests) in E-commerce (3DS, ACS) and related systems. Search and analyze system and application logs (as well as relevant records in the database); React to incidents, identify the problematic environment, assess the impact, and inform relevant parties, considering corporate policies and standards; Support the functionality of WEB services, interfaces, and business processes, verify, update, and respond to identified deviations; Provide remote support during non-working hours if necessary.
Education and experience:
Higher technical education in Information Technology or a related field; Preferably experience working in the financial, banking, or payment sector, especially in E-commerce or card authorization; Experience working with "WEB" services, API integrations, and system or application logs; Knowledge of "SQL" and ability to search and analyze data; Preferably experience working with Linux/Unix systems; Basic knowledge of WEB technologies and ability to read and perform primary analysis of existing scripts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); Experience working with monitoring systems and managing incidents and technical issues in ITSM Tool; Technical analysis, prioritization, and effective communication skills; Knowledge of English and/or Russian.
