What We're Looking For - 1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets - Able to run discovery conversations, build a business case, and handle objections confidently - Strong communicator in Georgian and English (Russian is a plus) - Organized and self-driven, you manage your own pipeline without being chased - Experience in fleet, logistics, SaaS, or IoT is a strong advantage - Existing network in logistics, construction, or government is a plus - Comfortable being on camera, willingness to participate in product videos and promotional content is a bonus
