Sterling Group is expanding its team and is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Agent position.

We are looking for an active, communicative, and result-oriented individual who wants to develop professionally in the real estate and sales field.

Our requirements - At least one year of experience in the sales field - Experience in the real estate field will be considered an advantage - The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients - Activeness, high sense of responsibility, and result orientation - Desire for professional development and improvement of skills - Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory - Knowledge of Georgian will be considered an advantage

Your responsibilities - Working with incoming leads - Providing consultations to clients on real estate objects - Selecting real estate according to the client's requirements and budget - Conducting meetings and presentations - Organizing property viewings - Full support of the client from the first contact to the completion of the transaction - Working in the CRM system and maintaining a client base - Fulfilling individual and team sales plans
