Job Description The goal of the Monitoring Expert is to carry out timely, high-quality, and objective monitoring of high-risk operations and processes, identify detected gaps and risks, analyze results, participate in improving processes, and help reduce organizational risks

• Implementation of monitoring of high-risk processes and operations determined by the Operational Risk Management Department;
• Checking, analyzing, and evaluating operations according to monitoring procedures and logic;
• Recording, documenting, and reflecting monitoring results in reports in the established format;
• Timely identification of detected gaps, violations, discrepancies, and risks;
• Passing identified errors to relevant teams and divisions for their timely correction;
• Preparing and sharing monitoring results, trends, and statistics with the direction leader;
• Analyzing the causes of repetitive errors and systemic problems;
• Ensuring preparation of recommendations for improving, optimizing processes, and reducing risks;
• Ensuring the development of preventive initiatives and control mechanisms;
• Ensuring effective communication with interested parties for the continuity of processes;
• Escalating identified delays, problems, and risks in the workflow to relevant responsible persons;
• Constant study and use of regulations, internal procedures, and instructions in activities;
• Ensuring active participation in daily work meetings and professional development activities;
• Supporting the implementation of new monitoring processes, reporting, and instruments;
• Fulfilling other legitimate tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualification - Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related field (Bachelor's/Master's degree); - At least 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, finance, auditing or a related field; - Experience in operations, monitoring, control, AML, compliance or risk management will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of banking processes and products.

Technical knowledge - High-level proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); - Data analysis and reporting skills; - Knowledge of regulatory acts, regulations and internal procedures related to banking activities; - Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage.

Languages - Georgian - fluent; - English - B1/B2; - Russian - B1/B2.

Advantage - ACAMS, ICA or other relevant certificate.
