Information about the position: - Position title: Ambulatory Department Mither Coordinator - Structural unit: Administrative Department - Work regime: Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00 - Workplace: Tbilisi, Saburtalo, Z. Anjaparidze II lane, #6

Main functions and responsibilities: - Proactive communication with the patient - Informing the patient about the stages and directions of the service; - Providing the patient with exhaustive information on important issues; - Service to the patient according to established procedures; - Maintaining the service standard and corporate dress code - Caring about patient satisfaction - Ensuring all patients with the appropriate queue number and directing them to the registry / doctor; - Performing various tasks within the competence and instructions of the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education / final year student; - Knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level; - At least 6 months of experience in the same or similar position is desirable.
