Job Description:
Analysis of construction drawings and planning of construction Communication and management with brigades Conducting weekly meetings on project progress and participating in them Accounting for necessary materials and sending requests for purchase Communication with architects and constructors Communication with clients who have arrived at the construction site, if necessary, and involvement of the director in problematic situations Reporting of completed works to the founder and director Use of information systems implemented in the company Inventory of materials on objects and conducting inventory after each stage of construction.
Planning and subsequent management of the project together with the director and founder
Education:
Preference will be given to candidates who have received higher education in the field of architecture or construction.
Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience in the construction and development sector and experience working with Archicad.
