The construction and renovation materials hypermarket "Mihaus" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Section Manager.

Work location: Hualing Plaza, Vazisubani; Remuneration: 1600 GEL (NET); Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Key functions and responsibilities:

Management of employees, organization of work processes, and monitoring of results; Management and development of sales in the HVAC direction; Control of technical characteristics of products and employees' product knowledge; Cooperation with suppliers and coordination of promoters' activities; Organization of employee training and professional development; Control of correct placement of products, prices, and information materials; Control of inventory and balances according to the ERP 1C system and actual data; Cooperation with the purchasing department and participation in planning orders; Organization of inventory and daily operational processes; Timely identification and elimination of problems; Control of the quality of customer consultation.

Qualification requirements:

At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of heating/cooling systems and auxiliary materials (HVAC); Good knowledge of technical characteristics of HVAC products;

Personal qualities and skills:

High sense of responsibility; Organizational skills and punctuality; Orientation towards details and results; Ability to work in a team and effective communication.
