Architect

"Cana Form" is expanding its technical team for a high-end hotel project currently underway in Tbilisi and is seeking an experienced Architect with hands-on construction site experience, capable of ensuring that project concepts align with actual work performed.

This is a full-time position that involves working both on-site and in the office. The selected candidate will spend part of their workday on the construction site for monitoring, preparing reports, and coordination, and the other part in the office.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (onsite work)

Type of employment: Full-time

Languages: Fluent command of Georgian and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.

Main responsibilities:

Daily attendance on the construction site, monitoring progress of various work directions, and preparing accurate daily reports Checking the compliance of performed works with project drawings and specifications; timely identification of discrepancies and defects with a detail-oriented approach Close coordination with the construction management team on work sequences, site conditions, and technical issues Preparing and updating drawings in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD for construction works, in coordination with the management team and with the quality required for direct execution Supporting the process of making technical decisions on-site and ensuring that project concepts, technical documentation, and actual work performed are in compliance

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education in Architecture At least 5 years of work experience, both on construction sites and in the office (experience working on hotel and hospitality projects will be considered a significant advantage) Good knowledge of construction processes, practical situations on-site, and construction methods High-level knowledge of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit will be considered an advantage Fluent command of Georgian and working-level command of English High attention to quality and details, observance, and ability to work independently and confidently on a construction site Good coordination and communication skills for daily work with the construction management team
