Work location: Tbilisi, Nutsubidze 129a Work schedule: Full-time, 10:00-19:00

Your role at TNET:

Daily legal support for TNET and group companies/platforms; Preparation, review, and legal analysis of various types of commercial contracts; Legal support for projects related to Georgian and international partners; Work on legal issues related to digital products, e-commerce, and technological services; Preparation, updating, and management of corporate documentation; Participation in identification, assessment, and prevention of legal risks; Support of the legal team on personal data protection and privacy/data protection issues; Work on the legal part of the company's internal policies and procedures; Preparation of legal research, conclusions, and other legal documentation; Collaboration with different business teams in the process of implementing new products and projects.

This vacancy is for you if:

You have a higher legal education - Bachelor's or Master's degree; You have at least 1-year of experience in corporate/business law; You speak English at B2/C1 level - in writing and orally; You have experience in preparing and analyzing contracts and other legal documents; You have strong analytical and research skills; ability to work on several projects in parallel and prioritize correctly.

It's even more interesting if:

You have experience working in a technology company or are interested in IT/Tech, E-commerce, Data Protection/GDPR, Intellectual Property, and Digital Services.
