Universal Call Center Operator

"DIGITAL TV" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Universal Call Center Operator.

DIGITAL TV is a digital broadcasting operator that distributes high-quality, rating TV channels across Georgia.

Responsibilities: Communication with existing and potential customers via incoming calls, making outgoing calls if necessary Informing existing and potential customers about promotions Receiving telephone orders and reflecting them in the database, registering subscribers in the billing program Identifying/clarifying customer needs and assisting them within the scope of possibilities Thorough knowledge of the company's services If necessary, performing the functions and duties of a cashier-operator at the service center from Tbilisi Service Center

Qualification requirements: Higher education is desirable Knowledge of office programs Work experience: desirable to have experience in the service sector, sales, and/or customer communication within the last 1 year Knowledge of foreign languages: desirable to know Russian and English at a communicative level

Skills and habits: Fluent speech Communication skills Ability to work in stressful situations High sense of responsibility

Schedule: remotely, 5 days a week, with an 8-hour schedule Remuneration: fixed salary of 1000 GEL + bonus
