Plant Engineer

HR outsourcing company "One Point" in partnership with an international production company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Plant Engineer.

Industry: FMCG / beverage production

Work location: Natakhtari (transportation provided)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the position:

We are looking for a technically strong, responsible, and results-oriented professional with a higher education in mechanical engineering, at least one year of experience working with production equipment, and knowledge of English.

Key responsibilities:

** Constant monitoring of the technical condition of pouring and packaging equipment and ensuring its proper operation

** Planning and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

** Analysis of equipment efficiency, downtime, and losses, and implementation of initiatives to improve production line efficiency

** Ensuring the setup, adjustment, and calibration of equipment for production in various formats (bottle, can, keg)

** Participation in the analysis of root causes of technical malfunctions and quality-related problems, and implementation of corrective actions

** Coordination with technical service and production teams to quickly resolve technical problems

** Training operators on proper equipment operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting

** Identification of technical risks and implementation of preventive measures to prevent production losses and quality deviations

** Ensuring the availability of critical spare parts for technical maintenance

Requirements and necessary skills:

** Higher education in mechanical engineering

** English language proficiency at least at Upper-Intermediate level

** At least 1 year of experience working with production equipment
