Amelie has been occupying a leading position in the field of flowers, bouquets, and decorations for 10 years. The team establishes new standards for cut flower care, storage, and realization in the country, constantly increasing the quality of products and services, and therefore, holds the largest share of online and in-store sales in the country.

In 2017, Amelie created the first professional florist school, and many florists have been trained. Every time, the selection of candidates was made from the graduates of Amelie's school, but this is a rare case when external candidates are given the opportunity to join the team, learn a new profession, and grow positionally.

Job description

We are looking for a person with at least 1 year of experience in the service sector, who may not have experience in floristry, but wants to become a florist. We are looking for an energetic, lively, and detail-oriented person who wants a stable and creative job, loves people, and takes pleasure in serving them in important situations, whether it's a birthday, the last day of school, or a bouquet created as a sign of separation or an event.

The Assistant Florist position at Amelie is an entry-level position that is challenging, tiring, and responsible, but there are always managers, shift florists, assistant florists, couriers, and labor and responsibilities are evenly distributed among employees, regardless of their position, work experience in the company, or workload.

Main responsibilities:

Compliance with the company's internal regulations Storage, care, and maintenance of received flowers and entrepreneurial materials. Receiving daily orders through various channels Preparation of daily orders Initiatives for creating new bouquets, preparation for photo shoots Knowledge of products on the company's website Working in the company's program Maintaining the visual order and aesthetics of the store Inventory control Participation in organizing events, decorating, and creating decorations Providing services to customers in accordance with the company's standards Participation in external events planned by the company

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the service sector Energetic and lively Responsibility and attention to details Ability to work in a team and communicate

Candidates will be selected after a 2-week probationary period with pay;
