Maternity Coordinator

Clinic "Invitro Life" is announcing a vacancy for the position of: Maternity Coordinator.

Work location: Tbilisi: L. Managadze street N 17, (next to the maternity hospital "Health House", near the 300 Araguli metro station).

Working hours: Monday-Friday: 09:30-17:30, Saturday: 09:30-14:30

Remuneration (salary): To be agreed upon

Main requirements:

• Communication with patients;

• Informing patients about service stages and directions;

• Providing patients with comprehensive information on important issues;

• Service to patients according to established procedures;

• Caring about patient satisfaction;

• Managing and ensuring patient queues and directing them to the registry / doctor;

• Performing various tasks within the competence and assigned by the immediate supervisor;

• Higher education / student of the final course;

• Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level, English and others;

• At least 6 months of experience in the same or similar position is desirable.
