Real Estate Sales Specialist / Broker

Our company is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Sales Specialist / Broker.

For our home projects, we are looking for an experienced individual in the real estate sector or someone who is eager to develop in this field, who will join our team and work on buying, selling, and renting real estate.

Key responsibilities: - Managing the processes of buying, selling, and renting real estate; - Finding potential clients and communicating with them; - Identifying client needs and offering suitable real estate; - Organizing apartment / object viewings; - Conducting negotiations with buyers, renters, and owners; - Coordinating the transaction process from initial communication to completion of the deal; - Managing the existing client and object database; - Monitoring offers and prices on the real estate market; - Searching for new opportunities in sales and rentals; - Periodically reporting necessary information and results.

Our expectations: - Experience in the real estate sector will be considered a significant advantage; - Knowledge of English or Russian; - Sales experience; - Strong communication and negotiation skills; - Result-oriented; - High sense of responsibility; - Good ability to interact with clients; - Ability to work independently and make decisions; - Having a car and a driver's license is desirable; - Knowledge of office programs and CRM systems will be considered an advantage.

Remuneration: fixed 1,000 ₾ + bonuses Workplace: Tbilisi, University Street or Samgori (by agreement) Work schedule: 10:00-18:00 (Saturday and Sunday off)
