The holding structure includes the following companies:

Layout Project - design and engineering of MEP systems; Baumer - installation and technical maintenance of MEP systems; Welt - import of MEP materials and accessories; Air Top - official representative of the Japanese HVAC brand Daikin in Georgia.

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

Main functions/responsibilities:

Development and implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans and reporting; Determination of brand positioning and formation of communication messages; Analysis of the competitive environment and market research; Support of the sales team with presentations, catalogs, and advertising materials Planning, organization, and implementation of events, product presentations, trainings, partnership activities, and exhibitions (stand concept, design, materials, price research, logistics), evaluation of event results; Creation of social media content strategy (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) Compilation of monthly/quarterly social media calendars; Finding content for post texts from the technical team and coordination of preparation; Planning of advertising campaigns and analysis of results in collaboration with the social media manager; Creation of visual concepts and video materials (banners, catalogs, brochures, presentations, image and product videos), organization of filming, and protection of the brand's visual identity; Management of the company's website and E-commerce direction, content updates, product uploads, price control, campaign planning, and improvement of user experience (UX); Coordination with international brands (HVAC and engineering materials manufacturers) on marketing activities; Management of branded communication: planning of seasonal and image campaigns, press releases, media communication, and protection of brand standards in network stores.

Requirements:

Higher education in marketing, business administration, or related fields; 1-3 years of experience in the marketing field; Experience in coordinating social media management processes English language proficiency is desirable. Experience in E-commerce is desirable; Experience in marketing technical/engineering products; Experience working with Adobe, Canva, or other design programs; Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Working conditions:

Work format: full-time, 5 days a week, 10:00-19:00/09:00-18:00 Experience: 1-3 years; Location: Tbilisi; m. Machavariani N65, with possible subsequent office changes; Travel requirements: possible to Batumi or other cities in Georgia;
