Digital Marketing Manager

JSC "Georgian Development and Economic Corporation" announces an open competition for the position of Digital Marketing Manager in the Public Relations Service.

Function-Responsibilities:

Composition and management of social media content plans; Planning posts, Reels and Stories for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; Preparation of social media post texts (copywriting) based on press releases and translation into English if necessary; Preparation of briefs and visual references for designers for social media posts; Development of the design concept of social media posts and coordination of the design process; Selection, evaluation and selection of photo and video content for social media platforms; Publishing posts and managing the schedule (Meta Business Suite); Quality control of social media content and protection of brand visual standards; Production of social media analytics - monitoring of reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance and other key indicators; Preparation of periodic reports on social media results and development of recommendations; Monitoring comments and messages and coordination with the relevant team / person; Planning and management of digital advertising campaigns; Targeting advertising campaigns and defining relevant audiences; Management of advertising budgets and expenses; Monitoring the results of advertisements and optimization if necessary; Control of advertising expenses and submission of relevant documentation / invoices to the accounting department; Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and evaluation according to KPI.

Management / posting of news and programs on the website; Publication of blogs and success stories; Updating website content; Coordination with UI / UX and technical teams during changes; Development of creative concepts for special campaigns and series; Management of Google Analytics 4 or other web analytics tools and analysis of website data; Monitoring website traffic, user behavior and content effectiveness; Basic SEO management - optimization of content for search engines, key words, etc.; Identification of technical faults / problems on the website and coordination with IT / developer;

Qualification Requirements:

Education

** Higher education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

** Practical experience in managing social media platforms and implementing digital campaigns;

** Experience working with Meta advertising platforms;

** Experience in managing website content;

** Experience in planning, monitoring, and analyzing digital marketing campaign results.

Professional knowledge and skills:

** Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language - proficient written and verbal communication;

** Knowledge of English at least at B2 level;

** Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager;

** Basic / good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);

** Google Ads;

** MS Office;

** Experience in using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.);

** Knowledge of the specifics and formats of main social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn;

** Knowledge of basic KPI, metrics, and analytics of social media and digital campaigns;

** Basic SEO knowledge will be considered an advantage;
