Marketing Manager

Company "San Dari", a manufacturer of disinfection, laundry, and hygiene products, is looking for a candidate for the position of Marketing Manager!

We are looking for an active and results-oriented manager who will lead marketing campaigns for the brand's laundry and hygiene products.

Position purpose:

The company's brand awareness increase, effective marketing campaigns planning and management, and ensuring a continuous flow of quality leads for the sales team.

Main functions:

** Development of marketing strategy: creation of short-term and long-term marketing strategies based on the company's business goals and monitoring their implementation; ** Brand development. Planning, launching, and evaluating the results of awareness increase (both digital and traditional); ** Optimal distribution, control, and maximization of the marketing budget and ROI; ** Managing, motivating, and coordinating the work of the marketing team; ** Strategic supervision of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for lead generation and sales growth; ** Content strategy development, content planning for social media, website, and other digital channels, copy and brief preparation, and monitoring implementation; ** Analytics and reporting: constant monitoring of marketing campaigns, analysis of key metrics, and presentation to management.
