Main responsibilities: - Conduct negotiations with large clients and manage contracts - Regular monitoring of the HORECA market segment in order to discover new opportunities for sales growth; - Control over the implementation of commercial conditions agreed with partners and ensuring the implementation of relevant changes in the company's ERP system; - Planning and implementation of sales stimulation activities with clients, in accordance with the overall sales strategy, using effective resource utilization; - Planning, implementation of visits to clients, and providing information on products, sales strategy, and periodicity of marketing activities; - Monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities in the target area, identifying opportunities for improvement, and preparing recommendations for management; - Regular analysis of sales in terms of clients, products, and periods; analysis of deviations and identification of causes; - Managing subordinate personnel - giving work plans and instructions, controlling and evaluating performance. - Participation in sales planning, development of primary plans for the subordinate market segment, preparation of an argued project.
Qualification requirements - Higher education is required; - At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, retail trade, or a related field in the same position; - Clear understanding of clients in the FMCG sector and practical experience in client relations; - Knowledge of client negotiations and relationship management; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages; - MS Office
