Solar Power Plant Operator - O&M

"ASTORIOS" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Solar Power Plant Operator (O&M) at a solar power plant located in Rustavi, Georgia. The work is performed in shifts and includes monitoring of the plant, visual rounds, and reporting.

Conditions:

• Location: Rustavi, Georgia

• Company type: Renewable energy, industrial company

• Experience: At least 1 year

• Direction: Operation and Maintenance (O&M)

• Type of employment: Full-time, in shifts (40 hours per week)

• Remuneration: By agreement + insurance.

Main duties:

• Monitoring of plant performance, efficiency, and alarm signals through the SCADA system.

• Immediate notification of malfunctions, alarms, or deviations from normal operation.

• Scheduled visual rounds of the plant territory during each shift.

• Filling out shift logs, checklists, and reports, following procedures, and proper shift handover.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Electromechanics, or other directly related electrical engineering specialties is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical, industrial, energy, or similar technical fields.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with monitoring systems and standard reports. (You will receive training on specific software used by the company)

• Basic working knowledge of English or Russian.

• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive; ability to work in shifts on-site. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Rustavi.
