Day Shift Call Center Operator

Security company "Algani" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Day Shift Call Center Operator.

Location: Tbilisi

Work schedule: Day shift from 10:00 to 19:00, two days off per week.

Remuneration: 1200 GEL (Net)

Main responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls; Providing detailed and comprehensive information to the customer; Making outgoing calls if necessary; Processing information and entering it into the relevant program; Performing other functions as provided by the job description.

Qualification requirements:

Fluent speech Higher (incomplete) education (in any field) Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a conversational level is desirable; Experience working as a call center operator is desirable; Knowledge of computer office programs.

Personal skills:

Teamwork skills Ability to quickly learn new information; Organizational skills Communication skills Punctuality and high sense of responsibility. Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions.
