Head of Cash Desk

Paysera Bank is actively looking for a new team member for the position of Head of Cash Desk in Georgia.

What will you do?

• Provide customer service, consultation, support, and full range of banking services within your area of responsibility;

• React to suspicious and unfit banknotes for payment;

• React to cash overages/shortages in the cash desk;

• Manage daily cash desk documentation;

• Perform currency exchange operations, cash inflow/outflow operations;

• Produce correspondence related to seizures;

• Collaborate with relevant departments when implementing suspicious transactions within the framework of compliance and AML regulations;

• Control cash flow and cash desk balance;

• Manage and control the incasation process;

• Monitor and manage the workflow of cashiers;

• Ensure the protection of internal regulations and procedures.

Key qualification requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a cashier position in a commercial bank and/or financial sector;
• English language proficiency at a communicative level;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 18:00 On-site
