Workplace: Tbilisi, G. Zhvania St. N15

Title: Day Registrar

Working hours: 5 working days a week, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Saturday, Sunday, and legally defined holidays - days off.

Remuneration: 1500 GEL (accrued)

Vacant position: 1

Work experience: Both experienced and entry-level candidates will be considered for the position.

Key responsibilities:

Receiving patients admitted to the hospital, registering in the program and healthcare portal; Production of relevant documentation, opening/editing patient cards and filling in information according to predetermined rules; Identifying and timely responding to technical and other issues arising during the service process; Determining the cost of medical services and ensuring payments; Performing other job-related functions and duties in accordance with the instructions of the immediate supervisor and hospital manager.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education and/or active student status; Basic knowledge of computer programs; Experience working in a similar position is desirable; Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable: English, Russian;
