We are currently announcing a vacancy for the position of Swimming Pool Instructor.

Main responsibilities: - Conducting individual and group swimming lessons for guests of different ages and skills; - Developing training/exercise plans according to individual needs and ensuring a safe learning environment; - Motivating and supporting guests to achieve their swimming goals; - Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the pool area; - Monitoring guests' activities in and around the pool to ensure safety and prevent accidents; - Quick response to emergency situations and implementation of rescue and first aid measures if necessary; - Controlling compliance with pool rules and maintaining a clean and safe environment; - Regular inspection of pool inventory and water quality.

Main Requirements: - Relevant swimming instructor certificate; - Previous experience in group fitness and personal training; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Interest and enthusiasm for teaching and working with different age groups; - Experience working in a luxury class hotel/resort will be considered an advantage; - First aid certificate will be considered an advantage.
