QA, Quality Control Manager

"Boxette Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of QA, Quality Control Manager. We are an international logistics business group with offices in Georgia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. If you are observant, detail-oriented, and want to build a career in the IT field, this position is for you.

Work location: Remotely or onsite in the center of Tbilisi. Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 Salary: To be determined after an interview Key responsibilities:

• Testing new software functionality before its launch;
• Identifying, documenting, and submitting bugs to developers;
• Re-checking (retest) fixed bugs;
• Communication with our offices in Ukraine, Tbilisi, and Uzbekistan to identify and test potential software bugs;
• Recording test results and providing feedback to the product team.

Requirements and skills:

• Observability and attention to detail, mandatory;
• High sense of responsibility and organization;
• Ability to clearly, concisely, and consistently describe a problem (both in writing and orally);
• Free work on a computer and the ability to quickly master new tools;
• Language skills: Georgian and Russian, fluently (for communication with foreign offices); knowledge of English is desirable;
• Analytical and systematic thinking;
• Ability to work in a team.

Preference will be given (not mandatory):

• Experience working in the IT field or software testing;
• Experience working with Jira and similar task-tracking systems or willingness to learn;
• General knowledge of web and mobile applications;
• Higher education (technical direction will be considered a plus).
