About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and work on mission-critical systems in the Cards & Payments domain. You will design, develop, and optimize high-load financial services with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET (Core / .NET 6+) - Build and maintain systems for card processing and payment transactions - Integrate with external payment providers and banking systems - Work with high-load distributed systems and ensure fault tolerance - Implement secure coding practices in compliance with PCI DSS and financial regulations - Ensure proper handling of sensitive data (encryption, masking, tokenization) - Optimize database performance (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) - Participate in system architecture and technical design - Conduct code reviews and mentor team members - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams
Requirements - Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices architecture - 5+ years of experience with .NET / C# - Experience in Cards & Payments domain (issuing, acquiring, transaction processing) - Solid understanding of payment flows (authorization, clearing, settlement) - Strong understanding of secure coding and data protection practices (PCI DSS) - Strong knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning - Understanding of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT) - Experience integrating with external APIs - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
